Summit Property Services has built a solid reputation based upon delivering consistent, professional service to a select number of clients. Summit offers careful attention to detail, and provides customer service that sees our clients returning to continue Summit's involvement in their ongoing property investments. It is this client liaison that makes the critical difference between Summit and other agencies in Sydney's real estate market.

Summit's client base is select. Yet, these clients encompass all segments of the Sydney property market: from developers of multi million dollar sites, through to owner occupiers of million dollar plus properties - and including first time investors in high capital growth properties, with excellent returns. We pride ourselves in working closely with these 'first time' investors, as well as with the knowledgeable, experienced property investor who has been dealing in the buying and selling of property as the main source of income for many years.

Summit Property Services has also been highly successful in it's marketing and sales campaign for Sydney's premier North Shore 'Over 55' development at Huon Park, in North Turramurra, which affords our select clients the full spectrum of retirement property in the greater Sydney market.

Whilst not a 'macro organisation' by any standards, Summit's directors and employees believe firmly in the original vision that led to it's establishment in 1996, encapsulated in the company's Mission Statement.
